Electric Winch AlphaG 5.4 tons 2-Speed with Drum Brake

The horntools AlphaG 12.0 combines 5.4 tons of pulling capacity with a 2-speed gearbox, making it designed for demanding off-road, recovery and work applications. In first gear, the full pulling capacity is available, while second gear enables a particularly fast rope retrieval. This lets you choose between high pulling power and high speed depending on the situation.

The special feature of the AlphaG 12.0 is its mechanical 2-speed gearbox. In the slow gear, the winch delivers its maximum pulling capacity of up to 5.4 tons. The high-speed gear, on the other hand, is designed for particularly fast rope retrieval and reaches up to 41 m/min without load.

This makes the AlphaG particularly suitable for applications where not only high pulling capacity but also fast working is required.

High pulling capacity or fast rope retrieval

With the 2-speed gearbox, you can adapt the AlphaG to the respective task. In the slow gear, up to 5.4 tons of pulling capacity are available. In the fast gear, the focus is on speed: here the winch reaches up to 41 m/min without load, at a maximum pulling capacity of 2.2 tons.

Especially in operations where longer sections of rope need to be reeled in quickly, the AlphaG plays out one of its greatest advantages.

The IP67-sealed motor, stainless steel crossbars and reinforced rope drum ensure a robust design. The internal drum brake with three brake shoes supports controlled operation.
